Easy Tortellini Salad
Ingredients:
1 package dried tortellini (cheese)
1 small purple onion-minced fine
1 jar of julienned sundried tomatoes in oil
1 jar of kalamata olives-drained
1 package of crumbled feta
salt and pepper
Cook tortellini according to package directions. Mix all ingredients together.

Pairs well with Chumeia Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon
