Chocolate Marzipan Pots
Pairing: 2007 Odyssean

Ingredients:
8 oz. plain semisweet chocolate, broken into pieces
4 eggs seperated
2 T Amaretto
1 C Heavy cream, whipped into peaks

Melt chocolate in double broiler. Next, beat the egg yolks and Amaretto into the melted chocolate. Gently fold cream into the chocolate mixture.

In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg whites until stiff, then fold into the chocolate mixture. Pour into small ceramic pots or glass bowls. Finish with shaved milk chocolate and top with heavy whip cream.
