Silver Nectar-Potstickers with Chili Soy Dipping Sauce
This recipe was featured at our 1st annual Cause For the Paws Event in 2007 and presented by Lynette Canas. It is a great pairing with our Sliver Nectar that has a slightly sweet finish to it. The spicy heat of the dipping sauce is cut by the fruitiness of the Silver Nectar. Try it! It was a big hit at the event!
Ingredients:
1 Bag of Frozen Potstickers from your grocery or specialty store. Any variety is fine.
Soy Sauce
Sirachi red chili sauce (this is the red chili sauce typically seen at chinese restaurants and can be found in the asian section of supermarkets
Preparation:
Cook the potstickers according to package directions. Mix the soy and chili sauce together to your taste. You can start off with more soy sauce than chili and keep adding the chili until the heat level is to your liking. It will be thin consistency.
Dip potsticker in sauce and eat...sip some Silver Nectar to cut the heat! Enjoy!!
