Join us for a wonderful afternoon of cruising around Morro Bay
with great food and wine!

Enjoy an afternoon with the winemaker, chefs and Captain while you taste your way through 5 gourmet appetizer courses paired with 5 of Chumeia's special select wines. Leonard Gentieu (chef and owner) and Shelly Pollard (Pastry Chef and Chocolatier of Compleat Kitchen) will delight us with the following pairings:

Lobster Eclaire Drizzled with Crème Fraiche and Topped with Caviar

 

2nd Pairing
Merlot
Sliced Roasted Medium Rare Duck Breast Nestled with Pumpkin Crème Brulee

 

3rd Pairing
Barbera
Mini Pizzas with Sundried Tomatoes and Stilton Cheese

 

4th Pairing
Cabernet Sauvignon
Stuffed Sirloin of Lamb with Fennel and Portabello Mushroom Duxelle
